I got 241 marks in neet 2019 and I am in Karnataka belonging to schedule caste will I get any medical seat in government or private colleges

You have nit mentioned your category any where so i assume it to be general.
If I consider the previous year data.then your chances of getting admission in dy patil medical college are negligible.kf you are from a reserved category then case would be different.
The cutoff changes almost every year,so not much can be predicted .cutoff depends on the difficulty level of the paper and the number of students who appeared for the entrance exam.
Just hope for the best
