As given of your neet score is 367 , you can surely go for self financing colleges.
The fee structure depends on each college and the marks of candidate.
But there is very less chance to get medicine seat at self financing for 4-5 lakh per year in 2020. You can contact the respective self financing colleges to get the specific fee structure.
Most of the self financing colleges have more than 6 lakhs per year for 2019 batch for merit based. This will be increased again this year. The hostel fee and other fees are not included in this which will cost about 2 L per year.
