i got 368 in neet ug 2018 and 104110 air...is there any chance if getting a free seat in 2nd round of aiq

According your NEET 2018 score the chances are less to get a seat in All India Quota seats & also state quota seats but you can try for private medical colleges or Deemed Universities.

I would like to sadly inform you but with a rank of 104110 its impossible for you to get a free seat in second round of AIQ.
I suggest you to try for other medical colleges. Also i suggest you to reappear for NEET once again and score better.
