As you might be aware the top score in NEET for this year which was 701 marks, which clearly shows the Cutoff for this year is very high and when it comes to general category candidates they require very high rank for admission to government medical college in India.
With 368 marks, you have no chances to get a Government Medical college for MBBS course, even for General the qualifying percentile is 50% and your score is not so high from it. So you can't even expect this, even the chances of you to get a Private College is Difficult.
I would suggest either to take a other chance and drop for one more year to prepare better for the exam or so switch to other medical courses option.
You can still try using this link to give a try to the College Predictor which would suggest you about the colleges you can get with your NEET marks, the link is given below :

Dear aspirant,
According to previous years cut off analysis which is subjective as cut off ranks change every year depending upon a no of factors as no of applicants , merit fallout , level of difficulty of neet this year etc etc so nothing can be predicted with 100% sureity , cut off for neet for unreserved category goes around above 550 for some states, for some states above 500 and maximum above 450 in some state for government colleges so you might not get government colleges from UR category , though it changes from state to state.
Hope this helps
