You have not mentioned which region you belong to. With a score of 368 I'm SC category, it becomes difficult to secure a seat in the government medical colleges when comparing the results of previous years. The cut off's for last year was
AU region 378
SVU region 391
OU region 461
For private institutes, it depends purely on your region only. However you can go through the following link to know about the cut off's and ranks for the previous years and calculate your chances of selection
