Dear candidate
I am afraid to say that you will not get govt- MBBS BDS seat from both AIQ or state (delhi as per your profile) quota seat. Your marks is too low to get you govt college in your category. First round AIQ CUT OFF RANKS for your category in NEET 2020 is •mbbs - AIR 69669
•bds -AIR 91800
for delhi state quota fir mbbs
•du college - Air 58250
•ipu college - AIR 52218
So this will maxm increase upto 10-15k more upto mop up round for your category so if we compare then you have no chance to get you government college.
You may get Private MBBS BDS colleges through AIQ COUNSELING or in state like Uttar pardesh and bihar

Hello Dear Student,
Please Mention Your All India Rank and Home State for better Predictions. But if I guess your Rank then it must be around 222000 and according to your Rank chances for Government Medical and Dental College is Low in All India Quota Counselling by MCC. However you can secure Deemed University for both medical and dental but Fee Structure is High that is for MBBS minimum 10 lakh rupees per year and for BDS min 4 lakh rupees per year.
I will advise you to participate in your State Counselling, you may have a chance to secure a Govt BDS seat in your State Quota, chances for Govt MBBS Seat is low in State too. But Fee structure for Private Medical and Dental Colleges in State Quota is Low as compared to Deemed Universities and at this Rank you can easily secure Private Medical or Dental College in your State.
