I got 37 mark in keam and 1117 marks in 12th(99% in +2 alone) and I belong to SC category , will I get a good college for civil engineering?

It is very difficult to predict the keam rank because the rank depends on many other factors like no of students, difficulty of exam ,no of qualified candidates, percentage of students in their higher secondary school all this depends on the rank . As you have a reservation and you have got a higher score in the higher secondary class there is chance that you can civil engineering in the colleges.
