i got 37 marks gate ee 2020 sc category ,can i get good iit like iit delhi and if yes than which specialization i should apply

Your expected GATE score will be in between 457-507.With such score you may not get seat in IIT, Delhi in any branch, the cut off were as follows for each specialization in IIT, Delhi
- Communication engineering: 504
- Power Systems: 555
- Power electronics, electrical machine & drives: 610
But you may have chances of getting admission in IIT, Bombay and IIT, Guwahati.However, cut off is subjected to change it may increase or decrease slightly.
