You have not mentioned your category. If you belong to general/BC/EWS then you need to score minimum 40 marks out of 160 marks to qualify in EAMCET. And for SC/ST categories there is no minimum qualifying marks. So if you belong to general/BC/EWS the you have not qualified in EAMCET so you will not obtain any rank. But if you belong to SC/ST then you have qualified in such case we need to know your rank so that we have help you with your query. So please tell us your rank.
