I got 37 percentile in icar ug 2021.I belongs to OEC category .Can i get admission in gov colleges

Your percentile is very low, that's why it is very difficult to get admission in Government Colleges. You can try for Management quota seats.
Cut-offs changes from year to year and depends on many factors like
---> Caste Category of the students
---> Number of students appeared in the exam
---> Difficulty level of the exam
---> Number of seats available, etc.
