I got 370 in neet so what should I opt for BDS, BHMS or Physiotherapy?? Can I get government seat for BDS?

Congratulations on securing such good marks. Now, on what to opt for is completely dependent on which subject you're interested in. Of you're more inclined towards dental care then you can opt for BDS but getting a government seat may be difficult (if you're in general quota). But you can always try at your state level, you might get in.
With these marks you can easily get in BHMS in a government college and you can get in government physiotherapy in your state. But again your interest is the key.
Take a day or two and think about what excites you more and then go for it.

You can not get a seat in colleges with this mark using All India cut-off. You may mention the name of the state you're staying in currently to get a list of possible Dental Colleges you may eligible for.
