I got 370 marks and I belong to OBC category. could I get seat in any of the medical colleges of South India? if so, what would me the fee??

You can try state counselling to find a government or semi-government or private college in mbbs, but I would suggest you to even try Dental and ayurvedic, so that you get a relief and even Vet.
Fee Structure depends on college and caste and income and differs accordingly.
