hey dear seeing this year's cutoff which went very high that even the students getting 500 were confused about their college .So ,with this score you wont get any goverment mbbs seat even in state quota and to whichever category you belong to.If you want to go for any other course like BAMS,BHMS than you will definitely get that in second round.All the best

With your marks it is a little bit difficult to say that you will surely get admission in MBBS in any government college. You can surely try for private college they may intake students of your marks but still can't surely say about government college. You can definitely try for other successive stages.
