According to your rank, chances seem to be less of getting a seat in government medical college through state counseling. You got 373 marks out of 720 in NEET and your are belongs to sc category. The cutoff will change every year as per the expected cutoff of neet 2020 for state quota is 440-450 and I think you know about the state quota 85 % through this you chances are low.
