It's tough to make exact predictions as cut-offs vary every years based on various factors such as
top NEET scores
reservation
seat matrix,
total number of candidates appearing for the exam
toughness level of the paper, etc..
However, if we go through last year state cut-offs for government seats in private dental colleges for UR, then the cut-offs marks are on higher side, 437 marks was the least marks that secured seat in Sree Sai Dental College and Research Institute, Srikakulam, hence government quota seems tough, though there are chances for management quota in private medical colleges such as
KIMS Dental College, Amalapuram
CKS Theja Institute of Dental Sciences and Research, Tirupati
Sibar Institute of Dental Sciences, Guntur
GSL Dental College, Rajahmundry, etc...
