Dear Yamini, NTA hasn't officially mentioned as how it is going to incorporate EWS reservation in NEET. Neverthless, until then considering EWS candidates into General Category, this answer is being writren.  AP State Government Medical Colleges are categorised into SVU, AU and OU areas. You need to be a local for that area to claim its local quota benefits. However, the cut offs for various areas for General category are:

SVU: 458

AU: 473

OU: 454

Cut off changes every year and is dependant on various factors like no.of seats available, no.of candidates apearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. Considering all these factors, your hances at getting seat in any of OU, SVU or AU areas is less. All India Quota cut off for General Category was 539. So it might be even tough there.
