Hello y rajendra,
Neet is the sole entrance test for admission to MBBS and other medical and paramedical courses in India. The exam is organised by the National Testing Agency.
Admissions through NEET are basically categorised in two types of quota i.e., All India Quota (AIQ) and State Level Quota. All India Quota comprises 15 per cent of the overall seats and the rest of the 85 per cent are filled under state-level quota.
As per your question, you have got 378 marks in neet which is a not so good score, you can get MBBS seat under private college very easily but not under government seat. As you belong to general category so its quite difficult to predict about AIQ but can't promise about it as cut-off changes year to year.

Hope this will help you a lot,
Thank you.
The cutoff is subjected to variations every year depending upon the number of candidates appearing for the examination, the difficulty level of question paper and the reservation category of the candidates.
If we take into consideration the previous years cutoff, then you are not likely to get any government Medical College under All India Quota.
Hope this helps.
Good luck.
See your marks are too low and u are not also from minor category. ...so i will not make bubbles in your mind....you are not going to get government college. ...so you must try into private college...you can get private college....so sit back and relax...hope you like the answer keep asking we are always there for you And dont forget to upvote. ...
