your marks are below for securing a seat in government medical college as the expected cut-off marks for obc candidate applying under 85% state quota seats will be above 470+ marks. But you can try for private medical colleges. You can seat. In government college possibilties are very less.

Maybe yes, you can try in Raichur Institute of Medical Sciences, ESI medical college Bangalore, etc. The cutoffs are expected to rise this year as you might be knowing the paper level was called easy and the number of candidates also had increased. But still at ur marks, there a good number of colleges available.
