Cutoffs for BAMS are based on a number of different variables, the most important of which are your category and rank. It is indeed difficult to tell you whether you would get a government seat with these marks since fluctuations happen each year and this year cutoffs are only expected to increase. I have given a rough estimation for cutoffs below.
There are three types of colleges for BAMS and I have given a rough estimation of cutoffs .

Government-
420+ for general/ 400+ for OBC
-
Semi- Government-
400+ for general/ 360+ for OBC
- Private- Varying cutoffs maybe 300+ for general/ 280+ for OBC
These are just rough estimations and you can even get a seat even if your marks are below this range with donations and management seats.
