You have not mentioned which category you belong to. With a score of 379, it becomes difficult to secure a seat in the government medical colleges, if your category is general, when comparing the results of previous years. Last year, a minimum score of 380 was required to fetch one a seat in the Raichur medical college in general category under the state quota and for obc it was 338. But scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats.
