It is not possible to get into medical seat for the score you said

According to the previous year neet cutoff for bc category is 580 to 590 .

But take a year off and prepare for the next year exam and give your best

Or you can take other medical related courses like psychology, pharmacology etc

Very frankly speaking, I can say that you will have to struggle to get a medical college in Tamil Nadu with this marks. The cutoff is pretty high in Tamil Nadu as per previous year's records and so will happen the same this time.

I would suggest you to prepare yourself and give the neet another time. Still check the counseling procedure.
