I got 38 k thousand rank in Manipal and I am eligible for Sikkim branch can I get any branch with this rank

To be true it will be hard for you to get CSE branch in Sikkim Manipal but i believe that you will get other branches there.
As for CSE branch you should have your rank around 19000 or less.
Give it a try.

According to cutoffs of last year in Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technnology, Sikkim, the closing rank of the popular stream were:
- Computer Science Engineering ( 41708)
-
Electronics and Communication Engineering (
39356)
- Electrical and Electronics Engineering ( 38681)
- Mechanical Engineering ( 38134)
So with your rank, you can go for CSE or ECE if you love computers and electronics. Mechanical Engineering can also be persued if you want to go for the core engineering,
Think for a while before selecting and in most of the colleges there is a provision of changing your stream after 1st semester or 2nd semester.
