first off all the results for TS PGECET has been released on 16th October 2020. From today onwards that is from 11th November the counselling will going to be started. So first you have to download your rank from the below link

So first you see your rank then accordingly i can provide you the best colleges options for you. Since you are from SC category if your rank lies in range of 500-2000 you have a high chance of getting civil engineering for M.tech
