I got 38138 in comedk can i expect a good or average college for CSE or ECE?

For CSE or ECE branches in top colleges you need to score rank under 3000 . Your rank is 38138.
So it is difficult to get a seat in average colleges also for CS branch. But don't loose hope . You can try for other branches in colleges listed below
