Sorry to say but 382 is a very low score for an OBC category candidate to get government medical seat in Karnataka. As per last years cutoff , an OBC category candidate must atleast score 450 and above score to get government medical seat through state level quota. There are chances of yours to get good semi government and private colleges with these score through state quota.

As per last years cutoff, there are less chances of getting a government medical seat using AIQ. However you might get a seat through state quota in BDS, your score is not enough to get a government MBBS seat. I will list some of the colleges you might get (BDS).
