Admission to any college is dependent on several factors. Two most important being ones category and ones state. 85 % seats are reserved for the natives of any state and rest 15 % are left open for the candidates from all over the country.
You have not mentioned either. Neet first round councelling is already done . Second round of councelling is going on.
Keeping In mind the general trends ita impossible to get a givegovern seat with this mark. If you are a general candidate then you might not even het a private seat since the cutoffs have gone way higher than before. If you are from a reserved category then you might land up in a private college.anyway as the councelling is partially done so now you know what you can get or not. I would suggest you to just go by the councelling process. If you do not het a medical seat then either you can opt for some other ayush course or try again for the examination.
