As cut-off marks vary year to year depending upon number of students appear in the exam and the difficulty level of the exam. For general category under 85% state quota seats one should score above 410 marks to secure a seat in government ayurvedic college.
As you belongs to obc category,with 383 marks you have 70%chances of getting a seat.

Your score suggests that you have very low chances in BAMS/ BHMS inspite of having a reservation .Though should take part in the counseling as you might get a seat by the mop up round .Also if you are interested then you go for private BAMS colleges too where the course isn't very high (around 2.5 lakhs) .
