I got 383 marks in neet 2020 obc category, should I prepare for neet 2021 as I need only government seat Or try other courses.

The cut off marks for OBC category in NEET 2020 is 146- 113.
As you have scored more than the minimum marks required, there are chances for you to get into a government College this year.
But if you believe that you can score more marks in next attempt you can also apply for the 2021 exam.

Hi. As per the results of this year's NEET examination, the cut off for all the categories in government medical colleges is going to sore very high (it can even be +10-15 marks as compared to 2019). You should prepare for NEET 2021, as the examination might be conducted in May itself. To get a seat into a good medical college, you should aim as high as 650+ marks ( regardless of your category).
