Hello,

According to your marks chances are less for admission to government medical colleges under 15% All India Quota.

For admission under state quota also, chances are less if you belong to open category.

However, kindly mention your state and category as cutoff vary from college to college

According to the previous year cutoff, chances are less for admission to government medical colleges under state quota.
You may try for private colleges.
