As you are from OBC and your All india rank is nearly 38k,with this rank there are chances of getting a good NIT college,if you are interested in that.Also you can apply for IIT colleges but there are less chances of getting IIT.But still you can apply for these along with the NIT.Atleast you can get a good NIT college with rank you want to take.You can apply for all the branches in which you are interested at he time of choice filling.
