Dear leaner,
Gitam is one of the popular private colleges for btech , as it is private no matter how much rank you got it depends on money
Last rank in cse is.... no there is no particular last rank issued its based on number of students are willing to joining in cse as cse is competitive at any college one must have 60% in 10+2 secured
Some people even join on spot without writing the exam so no minimum marks ,no cutoff
