Yes definitely you can get full fee reimbersment only if you fullfill the criterias mentioned below-
But still you have to pay Rs 12500 every year as building fund etc.

- You should be a white ration card holder
- A income certificate stating that your family income should be less than Rs 2 lakhs per annum
