First of all congratulations on getting such a great rank. Now to answer your question Yes, you have a really high chance of getting CSE on the main campus.
Moreover, you have a great chance of getting Catagory A which is 2.15 lakh whereas Catagory B whose tuition fees are 3.6 lakh.
Now, wait for the final counseling and hope for the best.
