The last year cutoff for was between 469- 686.  So there are no chances for getting you in this college as u belong to UR category. Also this year neet paper was quite easy so chances are very less because of today's competition.

As per the last year,368 marks are the last rank for general category in jss medical college, Jagadguru. Keep your moral high. As cutoff varies every year so wait for the final cutoff.
