Since you have not stated your state it is difficult to predict your chances. However, based on your rank and you being a general category student it will be tough for you to get government MBBS or BDS seats. You have a decent chance of getting admission in private medical colleges of your State through the 85% state quota but the chances to get MBBS is low.
The cutoff for this year has comparatively been really high from the previous years therefore, the competition is really tough.
