I regret to say you that the chances of getting into government medical college in telangana is quite rare. However you can try for private medical colleges such as :

• Kamineni Institute of Med. Sci., Narketpally
• MNR Medical College, Sangareddy
• MediCiti Institute of Medical Sciences, Medchal

Since these colleges are private institutions you need to pay a large sum of money. The minimum fees to pay will be 60k per year. It is advisible to drop out a year and prepare well for next year.
