I got 38547 rank under general EWS category .can I get any good college

As you know that only 10 % quota is there for ews category .

And your rank is 36594.

And also we don't know the previous year trends for this so it is difficult to say .

But according the statistics and mathematics it will be difficult to get good nit with this rank.

You may get admission in state government or in good private college.
