Based on your marks in NEET 2019 your chances of getting admission in a government medocal college under all india quota is very less.
Though you may have chances of getting government medical college under state quota is there.
It would be difficult to tell your exact chances as cutoff varies from year to year depending on various factors such as your home state,category,etc
