Your chances of fetching a seat in private medical college telangana are good even with your bc - b category.

But it is quite difficult to get mbbs seat under A category, since you belong to obc - b category  you are having that certificate only  thus it becomes difficult to fetch seat under A category. However fee of private colleges are quite high to afford..
