I got 39 marks in jee adv. not qualified and my SC category rank is 5721. Do i have any chance to get admission in IIT?

Since you have not qualified under crl rank so you will not get admission in any iit on crl rank but since you have a valid sc rank so you may definitely sit in the josaa counselling but your sc rank is also very high so you may not even get admission on basis of your sc rank but you may opt for preparatory course or take admission in colleges accepting jee main score assuming it is good enough.
There are very less chances for you to get into an iit at this rank also if you may get then that would be a new iit or you may get a lower branch but you can also apply for preparatory course in iits and you will get an iit and a branch depending upon your rank in jee advanced sc category, also if you have good rank in jee main then you may go ahead with nits.
