I got 39 percentile in jee 2019...will i be able to get any engineering college

Hii. your percentile is very less.
With this score you cannot get any NIT or IIIT.
You can give the state entrance exam,and with the score of it you can get some state government colleges.
You can also apply for some private Colleges such as VIT SRM BITS etc but you need to have good financial condition.

Actually, it's not possible with this much percentile to get a college through JoSAA. But there are several colleges who accept JEE mains rank for their admission process. Also if you wish, you can appear for WBJEE counselling with your JEE main marks. Take decisions wisely.

With your Jee score you can't get any engineering college. You can do b tech in private college .
You have to talk to college directly for admission . Through management quota you can get seat.
