If by ECE you mean Electronics and Computer Engineering then yes you have chances of getting into the branch according to 2016 statistics and if by ECE you mean Electronics and Communication Engineering then it a bit tough because according to 2016 stats the closing rank was 25,000 and according to 2015 stats it was 39,000.
