Though the cutoff changes every year but depending on previous year cutoff trends your chances of getting PSU is quite low. As for IITs, you might get into IIT Roorkee, IIT Guwahati. As for NITs you might be eligible for:
- NIT Rourkela
- NIT Silchar
- NIT DURGAPUR
