Every year the chances for admission in government college differ according to the cutoff released, number of candidates appeared in the exam and difficulty level of the exam.
According to the cutoff released by National testing agency (NTA) for Neet 2020 obc Category is 40th percentile.
According to your score it is very difficult to predict either you can apply for government college or not
But you can apply in some top private college
* SVS medical college, mehboobnagar
* jss medical college, mysore karnataka

As the cutoff varies every year depending kn various factors. The cutoff for OBC will be lower than the general category. As per your marks it would be difficult to get a seat in the government medical college. You might get seat in semi government medical college. If you apply through the 85% state quota even though you have tight chances for getting a seat. Apply for the counseling process you might grab a seat.
