Hey,
See,the cutoff changes every year depending upon the number of candidates appearing for the examination,the category of the candidates and the difficulty level of the examination.
If we take into consideration the previous year cutoff,you do have some chances in getting a government BHMS courses. However,a score of 420+ is always favourable.
