I got 395 in neet 2019 and i am from sc category what r the chances for to get seat in A category in telangana

According to previous year cut off, the AIR 82802 and neet marks 393 was for Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences, Adilabad which was lowest among all other govt. college through state quota in Telangana which indicate that you may have very slight or nil chances for admission as the cut off generally increases every year but ,might decrease also.
You may try for govt. college for BDS or private medical colleges in Telangana and can refer the given link below.

I am sorry to tell you but with a score of 395 in NEET UG 2019, I don't think that you will be able to get a government or private college for MBBS even after being in the SC category. You might get a BDS government seat but that is a very tight position. Usually the cutoffs go till 400. I hope this information waa helpful!
