Since you have not stated your category so I will be considering it as general.
As we take a look at previous year's cut-off then it reveals that if you want seat for BDS through AIQ counselling then you should have your NEET score at somewhere around 520-530 for general category. As you got 395 marks so seat in AIQ counselling is not available for you but yes you can go for your state counselling and also, since you have not stated your state so it is extremely difficult to provide you with a precise information.
