With 395 marks you can get a private medical college to study MBBS. through the normal process of counselling. Just give your choices wisely and know your preferences well.The fees will cost high to get to study MBBS in private.It may take almost 70-90 lakhs at the end of the five years. Per year it may take 15-20 lakhs excluding the hostel fees.Hope this helps.
