as you have not mentioned that you belong to which category so I am assuming that you belong to general (UR) category and your score is 398.

although it is very difficult to predict the cutoff as it depends on various factors.

but looking at the cutoff of the past few years and observing the trend, sorry to say but there are no chances of getting a seat in a government college.

but you might get admission under management quota
