Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you, I would like to inform you that it has been seen that even students with 10 lakh rank to get seat, but this only happens where seat are not filling through state quota, like NIT in  north east , Goa and J&K . But every year scenario  are different so nothing can be said exactly.
